I am Coach Calen Harmell. I have always been into sports, athletics & exercise since I was young. once I stopped playing sports competitively, I wanted to share the feeling of strength, movement, pain relief & confidence to anyone that needed it.

I enjoy seeing people accomplish their goals and love Making people feel and move great. That is what drove me to become a Human Performance Coach. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations.
My method is to build plans, whether is is a pre-set or a custom plan based on your movement level, need for pain relief, schedule and more importantly, overall goals. I aim to transform your body, Movement and influence you to make more mindful, functional decisions when it comes to your health, wellness & movement.
