the past years. You take the time to understand what my personal goals for my training sessions
were with a focus on golf and general overall health and fitness. It was nice that you tailored
each session for my goals and ability. It was great to see all of the progress that we made. You
were flexible with my schedule which can be challenging and I appreciated the additional help
with the workouts you made for me to do on the road when I wasn’t able to get into the gym.
