In this FREE 3 week program, you will learn how to release your tight muscles, stretch the muscles to help loosen the hips, and strengthen to improve your overall hip stability. Typically when we suffer from joint pain whether its the ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, and wrists, 90% of the time it is due to tight or less mobile muscles and tissues around that joint. For example since this program looks to loosen the hips, we want to focus on the quads, the hamstrings, the adductors (inner thigh), abductors (outter thigh), the glutes and also the abdominals. These are big contributors that cause out hip pain. If you can get past the discomfort of the foam rolling and stretching, you should get a good amount of relief within your hips.
